Balloon Entrance Decorations

Balloon Entrance Decorations

Balloon Entrance Decorations

Balloon Entrance Decorations in red, white and silver. 6 balloon columns, three on each side. Each with a large red star on top. The balloon arch on the end features a reverse spiral design. To be visually balanced, the balloon entrance decorations have the spiral designs leading the guests into the room.

Why entrance decor? Balloon entrance decorations serve several purposes. One – they let people know where their event is. Typically, invitations or announcements will have a theme or color scheme. We design decorations that coordinate with the rest of the creative package of the event. Two – it captures the attention of the people, transitioning their thoughts from everyday cares to an anticipation of what lies ahead. Three – depending on the design, it can double as a photo backdrop for guests to stand in front of for selfies and group shots. And Four – for some events, where getting people out of a room quickly is needed, having the photo op outside helps to empty the room.

If the latex balloons feature a logo or message, that message is broadcasted all over social media when people upload their pictures.

Quadrant Homes Balloon Arch

Quadrant Homes Balloon Arch

Quadrant Homes Balloon Arch Bothell, Washington

A sales event in Bothell, Washington, the Quadrant Homes balloon arch let visitors know it was a special weekend. Incorporate colors of Hunter Green and White. We did an arrow pattern for the arch. Lots of patterns are available for arches and columns including stripes, diamonds, flowers, and zigzag.

Does the balloon arch look a little different than what you’re used to? Good eye! It’s actually two arcing balloon columns lined up to form an arch. The large silver stars blocking the end of the second arcing column.

Sometimes the plan changes for placing balloon decorations. The client changed their mind about wanting two columns and wanted an arch instead. So we improvised and they were delighted with the results.

The large foil star on top can be imprinted with a corporate logo or message. Or how about a call to action?

If you’re considering a balloon arch over a public road or street but city ordinances don’t allow anything over the streets, consider a pair of arcing columns.

Balloon Arch With Bauble Accents

Balloon Arch With Bauble Accents

Balloon Arch with Balloon Bauble Accents Redmond, Washington

A Balloon Arch in Redmond, Washington. Bright fun colors served as the entrance decor to an outdoor company picnic at the Microsoft campus. 6 colors in a well-disbursed pattern accented with small round balloons attached to long skinny balloons (balloon bauble accents) made the cold July day not seem so dreary.

The balloon arch itself has many options – a single solid color, two or more colors spiraling around each other, or other patterns like zigzag, diamond, flower and more. The embellishments are additional. Lights, silk flowers or greens, balloon letters or numbers, or other balloon twisted elements can carry the theme or message.

When looking for just a touch of an accent color, consider bauble accents as a way of adding a third or fourth color lightly to the decorations. Many times we’ve been asked to create an arch in black and white, for example, with just a touch of a third color. If adding a stripe or spiral in the accent color is too much, bauble accents may be the perfect choice.

For evening events, ask about putting lights inside the baubles. Or having them imprinted with your company name or logo and lit up? The options for branding the decor are endless.

Balloon art can be more than just eye candy at your event. Have it also promote your business or message. Ask how we can brand the decor to suit your needs.
